When we decide, what do we take into account,
what do you think about?
The small parts align to make a whole,
oh but what more?
These years happen so quickly, our hearts break and mend
like rifts in the dirt
but thats not to say things havent hurt
or felt the best we thought they ever could.
And, want to spend the rest of your life with me?
want to turn the soil over, grow flowers from old seed beds,
see the california air whisk our hair to the sun
and bump our bleating heads?
Forever is not so long, and so I never want to say
so-long.
